At present, two national environmental protection standards, i.e. emission standard of air pollutants for coating, ink and adhesive industry and unorganized emission control standard of volatile organic compounds, are seeking opinions from the whole society. With the overall trend of "oil to water" approaching, the shuffling of coating industry has begun to accelerate.

The reporter learned that based on the existing development level, the relevant industries in Hebei are greatly affected by this standard, involving more small and medium-sized polluting enterprises, and it is difficult to implement a unified environmental protection standard. Many upstream and downstream enterprises relying on the paint market are facing the survival test.

In fact, there is no real technical "bottleneck" in China. However, the difficulty of transformation of more traditional coating production and use enterprises mainly lies in their inadequate preparation. The transformation of production lines and the increase of production costs have deterred some small enterprises without technical and economic strength. Downstream enterprises "oil to water" need to improve a series of follow-up construction services such as coating equipment and construction habits.

In order to solve this series of transformation problems, many enterprises tend to "group heating", seek upstream and downstream industrial cooperation, and learn from enterprises with advanced technology and technology. To this end, more than 100 enterprises and institutions in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei took the lead in establishing the "huanxiong'an green health industry alliance".
